Recently learned I am Vitamin D deficient. Due to covid, a lot more people are probably deficient from staying indoors a lot more. Anywho, doc prescribed supplements. I am starting to wonder if this had anything to do with my hair recently going very dry and falling out. I also had a recent scalp psoriasis flare up. Add stress to that and I'd think that's some pretty good causes for my hair suddenly changing. Oh, and also add that I pretty much stopped eating red meat. Now it all makes sense. Hopefully, the Vit D supplements help, along with walks outside during the week. I was taking a hair, skin, nail biotin supplement, but I am looking into taking collagen instead, to make up for not eating much beef and chicken. Any suggestions, advice, thoughts?
