Meet Bishop Logan, my new sweevil kitten

On December 23rd … no.  Let me go back.  Even before the Covid pandemic started I had been thinking of finally adopting another cat.  It’s been years since my boy Bruce Lee passed away after all.  I even ran in Petco a couple times to see cats up for adoption.  But the pandemic hit, there was lockdown. I just stayed home. A lot. Like, more than usual.

Cut to October 2020, maybe even before that, and kitty fever is striking.  It’s time.  Finally.  Even Bruce Lee thought so, since he kept bringing me cats in dreams.  So I went inside Petco, fell in love with a little orange tabby, sent a text asking about him, filled out an application, interviewed and played with him.  Then, NOTHING.  (To this day, nothing.)

I had been looking online for adoptable cats too and went back to look at a cat I’d liked (even sent his picture with others to my mom and best friend) and asked if he was still available.  This was a Friday.  I filled out another application for another agency on Monday.  I was contacted and it was set for me to visit him at his foster home on Wednesday, December 23rd. That is the day I brought home my Bishop Logan.

I haven’t slept well since!  Stay tuned.
